Newcastle City Council – Investment Plan for Community Buildings

As part of the developing Investment Plan for Community Buildings, Newcastle City Council is proposing to establish a register of community/voluntary group interest in acquiring premises. This will enable them to assess the demand from community/voluntary groups for premises and provide details of the type of accommodation they require. This information will then help the City Council match community/voluntary groups’ property needs with vacant/surplus City Council property.
