NE-Generation is committed to encouraging young people's participation in cultural activity and providing a programme of training to the cultural sector to equip organisations and individuals to work more closely with young people.

There are four sessions covering the following topics:

· Developing a Participation Strategy - Thursday 23th Feburary 2012

· Implementing a Participation Strategy - Thursday 15th March 2012

· Evaluating a Participation Strategy -  Thursday 19th April 2012

· Sustaining a Participation Strategy - Thursday 10th May 2012

Each session will last half a day and runs in both the morning and afternoon.
